"Very easy to get downtown any time of the day. During rush hour, once you live here, you get to know all the side streets and ways to avoid traffic. "

"There are mostly older people living here a very quiet space but some homeless people I’ve been followed and nearly kidnapped but that was when I was a kid things have settled down but please watch your kids "

"The commute to downtown is less than 10 minutes. Close to the Riverwalk, Alamo and Pearl, but still feels suburban. You're never more than 20 minutes from anywhere in San Antonio. Not many neighborhoods this convenient."

"I don’t use public transport, but see a lot of people use it in the area. I can get anywhere in town fairly quick. I have most everything I need nearby. "

"Great Buslines to Downtown and stores in local area. Bike lanes available also. Walking Distance isnt really a option to places around. "

"There is not much uniqueness about my neighborhood other than my apartment complex is the newest in the area, and it is colorful. There are few sidewalks and lighting is okay."

"I’ve grown up in this neighborhood, and I’ve raised my family here. We look out for each other. There are families that have been here 50+ years. We also look out for one another’s pets which we treat as family. "

"We just moved in and are looking for property to buy and convert to rentals. It’s a nice neighborhood but our street is busier than anticipated. If we did not have a bus stop so close it would be an ideal place. "
