"Nice quiet neighborhood, close to a lovely path and open fields for sport and picnic area . Close to major highways for commute but still quiet and not busy streets so kids can play and you can walk around and feel like you can relax"

"School needs improvement but overall are okay. Shops are nearby and easy to get around, traffic on pick hours are basically in main roads and is not that bad."

"There is plenty of parks to walk around your pets.. Carteret Ave is a wide street where people walk pets, walk, jog and bike ride. It is over a mile long and many people can be seen enjoying it. "

"Good schools , great community nice parks and a good environment for little ones to raise. I really enjoy going to parks and playing with my kids and also it has a huge fitness facility. I regularly go there to exercise."

"We have a few festivals such as 4th of July, Latin festival, Christmas tree lighting, ethnic festival. During the summer there are concerts by the waterfront. Our mayor is a great guy who attends all the festivals. Our mayor has done and continues to do a lot of improvements to our little town. "
