Hello Praveen, If your purchasing owner occupied, your fico qualifies for either 3% or 5% down conventional. If your looking for no mortgage insurance you may qualify for conventional financing 5% down with Lender paid mortgage insurance which is a slightly higher rate.

I understand you can get a 95/5 conventional and you will still have PMI. Would you like a referral to a mortgage broker? If so drop me a note.
