Every business coach and consultant talks about written goals, but how many business people actually write them down?  I want to share with the real estate community what we do, and the importance of these goals is that they force you to stay focused. 

It is too easy to be brought down by all the negativity in the media and in your own office.  You need to understand that there are still sellers that want and can sell, and buyers that want and can buy.  Our job is to know our business goal and then sift through the BS to find the clients that fit into our plans.  Best
