Great article.. Right now South Florida does not have enough inventory of real good homes. I recently had a listing in Biltmore Groves listed @ 549000 regular sale, had lot of response from buyers/realtors and did get a very good offer in a short time. The seller nearly got what he was asking for. Me personally would like to sell a Regular sale if it's priced right, rather than a short sale.
