DEALS FELL THROUGH BECAUSE OF:
Owner deceased
Bank reneged on funding (Never Ever Bank)
Buyer disappeared
Incompetent loan officer
Contractor lien on Condo complex
Mold
Flood

Yes ,2012 was a unpredictable and uncertain environment. Every transaction was problematic and required 'micro' managing otherwise you were stuck with putting 'Humpty-Dumpty' back together again.

KUDOS to those agents who understood the environment and invested the effort to keep all the wheels on the wagon, moving at the right speed and in the right direction. So refreshing to work with professionals who are all working towards the right outcome.

Shame upon those REO brokers who compel others to waste immeasurable time and resources only to encounter 'no one home' on their side.
