The Commercial real estate drop lagged the residential market in the Phoenix area by about 18 months.
Residential realtors I know tell me the Arizona residential market has been a sellers market with prices up over 30% from a year ago and housing inventory is extemely low.
Commercial real estate in the Phoenix area has not yet enjoyed those increasing prices.
