oI haven't done a report in a while, as I've had a especially busy year, but the fall condo market is usually where the action is, so lets see where we are in the big locations. Ashland has a lot of condo inventory, but the market remains tight, with a DOM (average days on market) for solds at 105 days- that's a very good market for sellers. Prices, however, have remained stable, a bit of a surprise there. With most buyers chasing single families, the condo buyers are probably benefiting by being able to keep prices stable. But that won't last forever....

  • Ashland has 48 condos (vs. 38 in the last Ashland report) listed as For Sale
  • Ashland had 51 condominium sales (vs. 49)  in the last 6 months, and 35 (vs. 26) condominium sales last 3 months
