Northborough, MA : Condo Sales Statistics, Trends and Analysis (May)

Analysis

This months report brings some interesting changes to Northborough.  Although there is still a lot of homes for sale, we see a big jump in the Average Sold Price, as some of the larger, newer units are working their way to the sold column.  Further, we see that the sales volume has picked up noticably, and that should be good news going forward - assuming that the construction doesn't keep pushing new units on the market.  New Construction, typically the most expensive property in a market, has pushed the $/Sq foot to a new high since we've been tracking it.  Overall, this is a good report for sellers in Northborough, especially builders, but we still have a ways to go before it's a seller's market.
