Monthly we send out marketing reports about what has happened the month before. As we look into the 2013 we see complexity in the real estate market. For selling a home certain areas are prime for listings because there are not homes for sale. This drives up the price in those areas.
Buyers of homes and condos still benefit from the low rates a great prices in many areas of New Jersey. As always, getting your finances in order first is your best weapon in getting the home deal you want.
Marketing of homes has changed recently and in 2013 it is changing again. Some of the best deals are on the market 1 or 2 days. They are sold almost before they are listed.
