Sellers must be happy. There was a significant gain in sales prices thru the month of February 2013Â as compared to February 2012. A 16% gain in average sales prices for single family detached homes.
That is a big jump in prices over last year. The gain is attributed to more homes in the $1,000,000 price range selling.
