Palm Springs Valley Cities Luxury Home Market ramping up!

The Luxury home market in La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Palm Springs is specific to a particular group of buyers. Buyers with money for sure! But also, buyers that have very strong and specific requirements.

La Quinta Luxury homes most often means “golf course homes”. In the beautiful city of La Quinta, we have a wide array of gated communities to choose between. Luxury properties are usually custom builds, large lots and offer South or Southwest exposure. Luxury prices range from approx. 1.5 – approx. 9 million. Newer homes is La Quinta’s general feel.

Indian Wells & Rancho Mirage Luxury Homes include many homes that are not on golf courses, but in terrific neighborhoods. These neighborhoods tend to be small, some gated and some not and exude the feel of quiet charm. Luxury properties start at approx. 1.5- approx. 15 mil. The luxury properties range from 1950′s right up to 2011 customs.

Palm Springs Luxury Homes may often mean Historic homes. Palm Springs homes could have been constructed in the 1940′s, remodeled through the years and beautifully showcased. Palm Springs Modern homes are another architectural type of luxury property unique to Palm Springs.
