I have sent you properties and you have been able to look at them on line(85%) of home buying is done before you go and look "in person". We have picked out our top five, you have drove the neighborhood after 5 or on the weekend for a good feel. We have made appointments(need one day prior)
Grap some water, get in the car and let's go. You will ask, "why only five", it is due to you will get confused or jumble up homes. I have most likely gone through the homes(or seen previously, remember I view homes daily) on a agent pre view and done some homework. We pull up to the first house, please remember that I will not look at paint and carpet unless you specially state that due to they are easy to change.
Look at the street and neighbors, look at the landscaping, roof, sides of home. I am going to take note of three main items, foundation, roof, AC/Heating units. Go through the homes making note not of decor but of structure(closets, walls,windows, split bedrooms,etc). I will be asking alot of questons so that I can narrow down likes and dislikes. We need to see what your dream house can be and will be without fantasy.
Let's look at all five homes, making notes. I have sold several homes, that have been the first home we looked at. It does happen, frequently. How can that be you ask? Well, like I have mentioned before, I do this for a living. Our team has sold over 250+ homes since last year. We have been through alot of homes. It usually takes around 10 to 15 homes in a narrowed down neighborhood to make a decision. If by the chance we have not, we will go back to the table and review our notes from our buyer meeting, due to importance changes.
