York County Housing Stats for April 2010

April was a great month for home sellers and buyers in York, PA.  For the month of April, 1,132 were SOLD!!!!!!! That's an average of 37 houses per day or 1.5 houses per hour (I have no clue why I even broke the statistics down that far, must be the old accountant in me coming out).  Stimulated by the expiring tax credit, that is a 13% increase over April 2009.  I have continued to see a lot of interest in homes in York, even with the tax credit expiring.  It is still a great time to buy and sell.  If you're interested in the available inventory or want to sell your home, give me a call and AskJasonHowe!
