Priced to Sell

The holiday season is here and with interest rates dropping we have some seriously motivated sellers.  Many have greatly reduced the price of their home and other are offering many different incentives for buyers.

1969 Walker, Cooper Young

499 Garland, Evergreen

2234 Nelson, Cooper Young

These homes are also a great opportunity for first time home buyers  First time home buyers have many different offers and incentives to choose from in the current market.  The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, legislation aimed at shoring up the housing market in the United States and offering current homeowners with troubled mortgages and potential homeowners with significant assistance, became law on July 30. Of most interest to people who do not own a home but have been thinking about it is a $7,500 tax credit to qualified first-time home buyers who purchase a home between April 9, 2008, and June 30, 2009.
