Northwest Allen County Real Estate Monthly Market Report.  Homes Sold In NWAC in September of 2012.  Here is a look at what happened last month in the Northwest Allen County real estate market.  

Homes Sold:  50

Average List Price:  $202,938

Average Sales Price:  $195,357 (96% of list price)

Median List Price:  $162,400

Median Sales Price:  $158,276

Lowest Sales Price:  $18,000 (3 BR 1 Bath 1,536 Sq Ft home in Huntertown.  This home was a complete gut job, which explains it's low price for the area)

Highest Sales Price:  $890,000 (5 BR 5.5 Bath 5,555 Sq Ft home on 18 acres in the country)

Average Days On Market:  64

What does this report tell us about the Northwest Allen County real estate market last month?  It tells us that once again, homes are selling for close to list price.  Days on market is really good at 64 as well.  I would say that the NWAC real estate market is alive and well.
