The Town of Mt Laurel

Welcome to the Town of Mt. Laurel

Mt LaurelThe Town of Mt Laurel
is a Traditional Neighborhood Development based upon the ideals of New Urbanism.

Designed by world-renowned Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company (think Seaside, FL), Mt. Laurel is designed to be a self-sufficient community.  A throw back to the ways of “yesteryear”, Mt. Laurel offers entertainment, shopping, food, services and school all within walking distance. Design touches include discrete alleys behind homes, invitingly wide sidewalks in front, and proximity to storefronts in the town center.  The homes are aesthetically pleasing with looks ranging from those in an old English village to the ever popular craftsman era.

Some of the popular Community Amenities include:

Spoonwood Lake - swim and fish in this 13.11-acre private lake featuring a beach area.

Olmsted Park Swimming Pool - Featuring a 5ft deep pool, a 1ft deep kiddie pool and an area  for laying out.  Restrooms and an outside shower.

Playground with equipment from award-winning Landscape Structures.

Mt Laurel Dog Park – Fun for all members of the family.
