How is the market really doing?

June was not an easy month. My buyers always seem to fall to the wayside and lose interest in their goals of ownership. If a person is staying with family members and the realization of getting thrown into the real world of mortgage payments, utility bills, and south florida insurance rates, they start to realize how good they have it where they are at.

In addition, any time unexpected bills come due, it is always a great asset to not have large monthly payment lurking just around the corner. One thing that is for certain is that from my standpoint all is not well in this market. It looks like it is coming up slowly, however, and I am optimisitc about the future. Things are still very tight and people are not coming out in large numbers to make their purchases.
