A Look at Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ Building Process

We were very excited to have Rutenberg Homes builder Mark Refosco take us on tour of the three-step process of building a custom Rutenberg home. As you probably know, Arthur Rutenberg Homes is in a class all their own!

You begin the process by visiting Rutenberg’s model home in Ponte Vedra. There are 80 floor plans to flip through in the Design Collection portfolio to get an idea of what plan best fits your families’ wants and needs. There’s also the option of having a custom design plan created just for you. Once you’ve decided on a floorplan it’s time to start focusing on the details!

Rutenberg’s model home is perfect for getting to know the builder. Rutenberg Homes is all about open architecture with long lines of sight and 90 degree sliding glass doors to open up your house.

As Mark explains, Rutenberg will tweak the floor plan and modify whatever you would like. He gives some great examples in the video above. The model exhibits what is included in the price with only a few minor exceptions (like appliances and furniture). Arthur Rutenberg Homes are known for how specific they are when building, so you know exactly what you’re going to get when your one-of-a-kind home is completed. Even the toilet paper holders have model numbers, so you know exactly what’s included! When you’re new home is complete, there will be absolutely no question of quality and precision.

Step two in the process is visiting their design center and we will show you how fun this part is next month!
