Only 1 property has closed in the area sinceÂ the last report, but there are 17Â more pending in escrow.Â Real estateÂ activity traditionally fallsÂ at this time of year andÂ tends to stay low through the holidays.Â With interest rates at historic lows, it may a great time to pick up something while others areÂ pre-occupied with presents and parties.Â
