Why working with a Real Estate agent is the only way to rent in NYC?

 ***What if you are moving to US from abroad, don’t have perfect credit and / or make less than 40x rent? We know and will suggest a more flexible landlord and work out a deal with them on your behalf.  ***A deal that looks too good to be true, usually is! Tenants often end up disappointed after signing a lease with a low rental price. We will direct you only towards landlords with impeccable reputation, known for maintaining their buildings well and taking great care of tenants.

***You should choose ONE broker you are comfortable with and can trust. There is really no need to make dozens of phone calls and run around town meeting with multiple agents. Aside from having access to all the listings you find online, we will represent your interests once you have made the choice. Finding an apartment you like is only the first step, and real stress begins with the application process. It’s important to have a good broker on YOUR side, while negotiating the deal with the property manager or owner, remember the listing broker will always act in landlord’s best interest!
