We've inherited several customers over the past few weeks from agents that aren't doing their job. Â These include Buyers and Sellers.Â It is hard to imaging that agents would abandon or not work for a Buyer in this market, but we are seeing it with regularity.Â We are doing nothing to solicit them, they are just coming our way during our course of business... they are calling us.Â After some cautions conversation, and their gaining confidence in us, their story comes out.
Â These aren't flaky Buyers - they are serious, cash laden, and ready for action.Â The other agents just aren't working for them.Â I don't know if the agents are so down on the market that they aren't recognizing the Buyers for what they are, or if they just don't know what they are doing in this market.Â Either way, it has been odd to have these quality people walking in to our lives so we can get them what they want.
Â If you have doubts about a Buyer be sure to qualify them hard.Â Ask a lot of questions and read their answers carefully.Â Chances are your Buyers are real ... treat them that way.Â
Â The times have changed and Buyers not only want to buy right now, they are taking action and doing it.Â If you don't take care of them we will.Â This is, after all, a service industry.Â
