Highlands Ranch Foreclosures ~ Price per Square Foot

Sold Foreclosures price per square foot ranged from $93 (a fixer upper) to $200 for a luxury home in a gated community. The average price per square foot in Highlands Ranch is typically between $150 and $160/sf. The average price per square foot of the bank owned homes in 2009 was $131/sq. ft.

About 10% of the bank owned homes sold for $150 or more per square foot. Most of these homes were ranch style homes, which in a regular resale sell on average between $180 - $190/ sq. ft.

Majority of the homes with the lowest prices per square foot needed work, some paint and carpet, some much more than that.

Two homes with the highest price per square foot were also the same and only two that sold for over $600,000 in 2009. One of them was located in the Highwoods gated community and the other in the Highlands Ranch Golf Club.
