The Average list price for the homes that closed in April of 2011 was $774,740

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in April of 2010 was $802,091

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in April of 2011 was $727,300

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in April of 2010 was 200 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in April of 2011 was 297 days.
