Centennial, CO. a great place to live?

This is the new  Centennial article posted on our website.  Probably the best live MLS search for Metro Denver: www.denverhomesandcondos.com

If you are in search of a safe and beautiful setting in which to live, work, and raise a family, Centennial, CO real estate may be just what you are looking for!

This new city, formed in 2001, and with a population of approximately 100,000, is noted for its well-manicured neighborhoods, easy access to transportation hubs, first-rate shopping, and outdoor venues to enjoy what Colorado is known for: nature, sky, trails, and sunshine!

Centennial has a variety of real estate options to choose from including new condos, golf course homes, and well established, affordable communities.  The residents take pride in their quality of life and it shows: Centennial is considered the safest city in all of Colorado.

The area is served by Cherry Creek School District and Littleton Public Schools, and both are consistently rated among the best in the state.  The city also provides exceptional Rec Centers, 500 acres of developed parkland, 800 acres of open space, and over 50 miles of trails.  Nearby, residents can access Cherry Creek State Park for camping, fishing, boating, and a large leash-free dog area along the Creek-your dogs will think they're in heaven!

Of course, if shopping is more to your liking, expansive Park Meadows Mall will not disappoint, and IKEA just opend their second-largest U.S. location in Centennial in 2011.  Inverness Business Park, and the Denver Tech Center are both easily accessible and make a short commute to work for Centennial residents.

With all that Centennial, Colorado has to offer, why not consider calling this place home?
