Real Estate Lawyers and You: What do they do for you?

What exactly does a real estate attorney do and how does that pertain to you?

Your real estate lawyer is there to review your offer and contract and make sure that the paperwork you sign is accurate which protects you. Their role is to make sure that the terms of your mortgage are correct. They ensure that there are no liens against the property and are there to answer any questions that you have about the closing paperwork.
