The Difference

People always ask me “Chase, what makes you different from any other Realtor out there?”

My response; 

Unlike other Realtors 75% of time is spent focusing on the transactions at hand, while other Realtors spend 75% of their time trying to get new business.  The most important thing in my business are the people I am currently working with.  My time is spent making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the transaction so I can make it a stress free experience as well as get them the best deal I can on the home that they will love.  While other Realtors are cold calling, doing open houses, and taking calls on property time, I am making sure that the clients I currently have are well taken care of.  Now, in return the only thing that I ask from my current clients is that they send me quality clients like themselves to a Realtor that they can trust. This way I can focus on helping THEM “Chase” their Real Estate dreams rather than ME “Chase” them for their Real Estate dreams.
