Getting Cultural in Arte City

Arte City
Last week we looked at Art Basel – one of Miami’s vibrant arts festivals. This week we’ll look more closely at a development in the heart of Miami Beach’s Cultural Arts district – Arte City.

Rather unfortunately for the developers, Arte City was completed in 2008 in the midst of the credit crunch. Units have been coming on and off the market since then. However, there are many positive indicators in the Miami real estate market, partly due to strong interest from foreign investors and so more units in this development are becoming available now.

This is a wonderful development for so many reasons. The location is great, right on the Mid-Beach / South Beach border and very close to the shopping and nightlife hotspot that is Lincoln Road. A big draw is the proximity to key cultural resources such as the Miami City Ballet, the Bass Museum and the Miami Convention Center – home to an exciting array of events year round, including last week’s Art Basel festival. Arte City residents receive a membership card giving VIP benefits and discounts at arts venues, restaurants and clubs across the city. Oh, and of course, being Miami, it’s close to the beach too!

The apartments themselves are built to high specifications with custom Italian kitchens and bathrooms. The building has all the amenities that you’d expect from a classy establishment – spa/ pools / gym and is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping.

With the amazing location and the luxe apartments, you’d be expecting to pay a suitably luxurious price tag – but no! Units start from $380k, going up to around a million for the biggest units.

So what are you waiting for, this is a great chance to become part of the Miami Arts scene, contact Kelly to find out more today!
