2012 is the last chance for buyers to get in at the current price point?

Several housing experts are predicting that this year will be the very last chance for home buyers to take advantage of  the weak housing market.

''With home prices down 34% nationally since 2006 and mortgage rates at historic lows, homes have never been more affordable -- but it won't stay this way for much longer''.

As a Realtor, I see, Real Estate inventory diminishing in certain price points. I have  seen and been in few 'bidding wars'. Buyers are willing to pay 10-20%+ for a good priced house( LP is usually 700k or less)

Most of us just wants to have a HOME.
....Emotionally buyers are often  not ready to commit( even they hear all the time: rates are lowest, price are down, best time to buy, rent is more expensive, etc.)

Do your homework, decide if it is a good time for you to move forward.
