As the Weather getting hot here in Washington DC, I am thinking about taking some days off in July and take care of my sprit and relax my body for the Real estate Season that is on the way. In Washington DC Usually Real Estate pick are during Sprint and some part of summer and right before the Holiday. I think the reason mostly is weather. People do move during sprint. I think most of the activities in Real Estate Market do happen from February to June. And as we get close to school year people would like to be settled before school year.
