"neighborhood is close to multiple schools and has nice access to walking paths that are fairly well maintained year round. neighborhood does not feel particularly neighborly and is mostly a keep to yourself location it seems in spite of residences being very close together "

"This has been home for six years now. Very peaceful and pleasant. The neighbors are not close. You have to go out of your way to introduce yourself. The schools are good, except for Deer Park. The district lines are odd so do your research. "

"I love walking my dogs downtown! We go every day in the summer, and there are many small parks within walking distance. A note on the homes themselves- In the city proper, many of the homes are on smaller lots with the houses built close to one another. Plenty have fences, although many yards are small."
