        "A very active, social bunch here on Park Point. It feels like island life, but in Minnesota! From the Park Point rummage, to the Art Fair to the 5K- there’s always something going on in the summer!"

        "Lots of crime. Hypodermic needles thrown in front yard as well as empty alcohol bottles. Cars been broken into more times than I can count. Gas station is frequently robbed. Can’t walk dogs as there are many dogs in the neighborhood that aren’t in a fence or leash. "

        "Waking distance to Denfeld HS is a big plus. I grew up in this neighborhood and it’s still a great place to live- very “neighborhoody” Every one is very friendly and helpful. West Duluth and the West End have made a big comeback. "
