Hello from the Beautiful White Mountains!

If you are looking for bank owned properties in our area, then you have come to the right place!

This home sits on 2.64 acres in Clay Springs, AZ (just 20 minutes from Show Low). It is a single wide manufactured home with tie downs. The 1216 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It will need new flooring and paint. All of the appliances are in (even the washer & dryer).

The backyard is completely fenced. There is even some cross fencing for smaller animals directly behind the home. There is a horse structure/corral and a dog kennel.

All of this for $94,500!  Click here to see a video of this home.

Be sure to contact me if you would like more information or would like to schedule a showing. For more information on other bank owned listings, visit our website at www.WhiteMountainForeclosedProperties.com.

Thanks!

Glad to see you including a video in your post Yvonne. You can actually embed the video into your blog. Doing so makes the video content more apparent to readers and makes your blog stand out. It also allows readers to view the video without leaving your blog. To embed a video click on the link that looks like a film real under the 'Insert Item' menu at the top of your blog. You'll then be able to insert the YouTube embed code. Keep this in mind when you write your next post, or if you want you can edit this post.

Emily,

Thanks for the comment. I did try to do that but when I embedded the code from You Tube there was no way to click "Done" to actually insert it. It was there before but when I tried again the "Done" button had disappeared. I tried several times. I do have some technology issues with my new laptop so that may have caused the problem.

Yvonne, I'm sorry to hear that. Can you let us know what browser (and version) and operating system are you using? That information will help us investigate the issue.
