When you hire a real estate professional you expect them to work hard for you everyday. In reality most agents are overwhelmed with multiple listings and home buyers. While it is important for them to keep building their business(as we are only paid upon closing of a property), most will have the best intention of giving you as must attention as possible, but the reality is they can't do it. Interviewing an agent, ask them how many clients they take on at a time, if it is more than 3, and they do not have a team working with them, they will not be able to give you the attention you deserve. It is for this reason I choose to only work with 3 clients at a time. Does it limit my earning potential? Yes it does, but in the long run I close more deals and have more referrals because I focus on needs of my clients. Right or Wrong, which agent would you want working for you?
