    The Fountains at Alexandria

    The Fountains at is conveniently located near the Duke St. and I-395. This high-rise condo community is in Lincolnia a neighborhood of Alexandria VA. It's located just a few blocks from Van Dorn and Landmark.

    The Fountains is well-served by regular bus service with the closest Metro stops at Pentagon Station and Van Dorn Station. Commuters will find that the nearby intersection of Beauregard and Little River Turnpike/Duke Stis highly trafficed and can get congested at times. But, the Fountains is verywell connected to the area's main commuting arteries, so that traffic light isn't much of an obstacle.

    The Foutains isvery close to both I-395 and I-495. The Fountains is a very short drivefrom Arlington's Rosslyn and Crystal City. Shirlington is just a hopaway on I-395. The Fountains is in Alexandria just a few blocks fromOld Town. But the community is still relatively close to Tyson's Cornerand Springfield.  In short, the Fountains is inside the Beltway and near everywhere you'd want to go in Northern Virginia.

    The Fountains is near the many shops of Landmark Mall and the surrounding area has abundant resources to fill the needs of daily life. There is a great variety of grocery stores here. Most units have balconies and with or without balconies most units have great views of the surrounding area. The grounds are well-trimmed and look bright and vibrant throughout the Spring and Summer.

    The condo fees here include all utilities plus heating and air conditioning. The Fountains has a swimming pool, fitness center and party room. There is a limited amount of surface parking available to residents for free, but there are also garage spaces for sale or rent both next door and on-site.
