It is already the middle of October so for all the first-time homebuyers out there thinking of buying a home it's not too late but try to avoid the short-sales as they will take longer to close so you
probably won't be able to meet the deadline of November 30th. Hopefully the credit will be extended into 2010, but we won't know the outcome of that yet. Let's keep our fingers crossed!!!
