Affordable Houses in NW San Antonio

Affordable housing is a topic of interest to many home buyers. Fortunately for us in the San Antonio area, affordable housing is available in several areas of the city. I did a recent story where the question was, Are Affordable Homes For Sale in San Antonio Near UTSA? Follow the link to read that story.

Of course the answer is yes, there are affordable homes near UTSA. Now one caution-affordable is something each of us has to determine based on our income, expenses, and credit worthiness.

When it comes to a dollar amount, you plug in your affordable figure. If it's less than $150,000 for a three bedroom, two bath home, an affordable home can be found in several locations throughout the city.

There are older homes in the $75,000 to $125,000 price range that are also available in several locations in the area. One of the first things any potential buyer should do is determine what is your buying power. If you are not paying cash for the house, you need to know how much is a lender willing to loan me based on my income, assets, and expenses.

If you do not have a lender or loan officer, call me and I'll be happy to help you find someone to help you work through the process. After you know your buying power, then your REALTOR can help you in the search.

I know the San Antonio area so I hope you will consider letting me help you with your home purchase. Call me at 210-483-6329.

People who travel a lot would require more of a homes for lease than a single home's ownership. Choices are also based on personal influences.
