Avoiding Mortgage Modification Scams

Aa a real estate agent, I devote extra attention to issues facing struggling homeowners. But any homeowner should know that the FBI has reported a 400 percent increase in mortgage fraud cases from five years ago. Sadly, some people are praying on those who need help the most.
