Preparing To List Your Home?

If you are thinking about listing your home but think that this is not the right time of year, think again. I will make this short and sweet, and hopefully helpful. I hear people say all the time that it's getting close to winter and the house will just sit there on the market, no one looks at houses in the winter. I may be an optimist but here's what I think. If a house is priced aggressively and it shows well, it will sell. People move at all times of the year, from all places and reasons why. If your house is listed in the winter and people want to see your home, chances are they are serious buyers. I highly doubt "tire kickers" as they say, will be out joy riding and wanting the pleasure of putting on their boots to drive on slick roads and hike through snow just to see what decorating ideas they can get. Another good point I want to share, if there are many people out there who think they should put off listing their home until after the holidays, that means less competition for you. So there you have it, this is a great time to list your house so contact me right away so I can get it sold in record time! eiselgroup@gmail.com.
