Want to bring less cash to closing?...without increasing your loan!

Who wouldn't like to have to bring less cash to the closing table at their next real estate purchase?

I know.   It sounds to good to be true.   And that's the problem.   Not enough buyers are pursuing commission rebates as a tool to bring less cash to closing because it sounds too good to be true.

Click here to visit the US Department of Justice's website on this issue...and you'll find out that rebates are for real!    You'll also read why they have declared that "rebates make buying a home less expensive".

To be sure, rebates aren't for everyone.    Commission rebates are generally only offered by real estate brokers when the buyer saves the broker time by doing most of the property search themselves.    But with so much information now available online, I'm convinced that more people should be at least considering pursuing a commission rebate, or a buyer rebate--as they are sometimes referred to.

My Colorado practice specializes in buyer rebates, and while some firms apparently cut rebate checks after closing, mine is one such firm where you get your money the day of closing...requiring you to bring less cash to the closing table!
