I totally agree with the option of a short sale in this market. I have closed 3 for buyers since December 2011 and have 2 sellers that went that route. It is must less damaging to one's credit than a foreclosure!
In terms of a turbulent market, I have to differ in terminology. I find it an interesting and challenging market which I strongly feel has stabilized and there has already been an upward swing in the market areas of Bucks, Montgomery and Chester counties. I had my second best year in 2011 and I am on track to having my best year ever in 2012. I thank the many ongoing referrals and repeat customers that I continue to service.
Great advice and here’s to a great year for realtor’s, buyers and sellers!
