I am not seeing many pictures of St. Paul on these real estate web sites. I took this one this morning. The Republican National Convention is being held here this week just a few blocks from my home. Visitors are here from all over the country.
They don't know much about the area. Some were even surprised that it isn't cold here in Early September. Some think they are in Minneapolis. I guess I understand being geographically challenged. I sometimes have trouble knowing where I am too. The two cities are separate but they are connected. If I drive about five or six miles from downtown St. Paul and go over a bridge across the Mississippi River I am in Minneapolis.
St. Paul is an interesting place to live. It is like living in a big city and in a small town all at the same time. We have just about every kind of housing style you can imagine and a lot of parks. Some are small little spaces, and others are large. Most people live close to a park of some type.
I am a St. Paul native so I know a lot about the neighborhoods and the houses. I'll start posting some more information about the area here on Trulia. There is a lot of information on my blog too:
