Bank Of America Short Sale Relocation Program

BANK OF AMERICA ENHANCED SHORT SALE RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Financially distressed homeowners with a Bank of America loan can receive $5,000 to $30,000 in relocation assistance. Qualified homeowners who initiate a Preapproved Priced Short Sale (without an offer) are eligible. The procedure is for the short sale to be initiated on the Equator system, and you will get a quick answer if the homeowner is qualified for this enhanced relocation assistance.

The homeowner must participate in a Preapproved Price Short Sale program such as the HAFA – Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives or Bank of Americas Cooperative Short Sale Program. This eligibility is based on investor participation and eligibility, and so is the incentive that is awarded for a successful closing of an eligible Preapproved Short Sale.

Homeowners not meeting the eligibility requirements for the enhanced relocation incentive may still qualify to receive $2,500 to $3,000 in relocation assistance from government and bank sponsored programs. More info: http://pbfloridahomes.com/shortsale/bank-of-america-short-sale-incentive/

We are seeing many instances of short sales moving along faster; maybe this is the reason why.
