BANK OF AMERICA ENHANCED SHORT SALE RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Financially distressed homeowners with a Bank of America loan can receive $5,000 to $30,000 in relocation assistance. Qualified homeowners who initiate a Preapproved Priced Short Sale (without an offer) are eligible. The procedure is for the short sale to be initiated on the Equator system, and you will get a quick answer if the homeowner is qualified for this enhanced relocation assistance.
The homeowner must participate in a Preapproved Price Short Sale program such as the HAFA â€“ Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives or Bank of Americas Cooperative Short Sale Program.
