Still a good time to buy, Andrew. The prices are still way below their high and Temecula has so much to offer. Daily we get so many calls from home buyers looking to relocated to Temecula because of the safety reputation, beauty, excellent schools and affordable homes (relatively :-)

Thanks Anders. Yes, asking prices are definitively up but the SOLD prices are not up as much. More details at this link which shows median sold prices for single family homes in Temecula.

Wow, great info. It's crazy to believe you can still get a home at a 40% discount from the peak of the market in 2008 even though prices are on the rise.

Thanks Ryan and Denise for your comments. We have several upcoming listings shortly. We should be able to help many home buyers and I am sure there will be lots of new listings coming up as well.
