Buyer's, do you want to be protected in your purchase? Then why are you calling the listing agent? You do not get a better deal dearies. Â
Who gets the better deal??? Â The seller silly. Â
The seller and the brokerage get more money From You. Â You don't get the money the seller saves on the deal getting a lower commission rate. The agent double ends the deal they get more money and they are not giving you any. Â
The deal is "if everyone is happy who cares?" Approach to real estate. Hum let me think about that for a minute...NO. Who is going to ask why certain things don't make sense on the seller's disclosures for you? Who is going to make sure your questions get answered to your satisfaction?Â
A full Time Buyers agent is the one who investigates and keeps all the information clear to the buyer, not just all the people who already understand the terminology. Â The buyer IS the person most at immediate risk in every purchase.
Protect yourself, quit calling the listing agent, it's not helping you get real information.  I recently heard a story of an agent who  blantanly "fibbs"about components of a property until they show it.
I want real estate to be honorable. Buyers call someone who will take care of you, answer your questions, listen to your needs and help you Not waste your time or energy on property that doesn't meet your goals.
Call a Real Buyer's Agent!!
Friends and Collegues,
Have you gotten a call from someone who claims to work for Trulia who says that Stanford is doing an interview with Steve "the head of Trulia"Â and because you have a succesfull Trulia business they want to follow YOU around too while you show homes?
Just asking...wondering what the possibilities are, for a new scam of some type.

Mortgage Rates Back Near Lows Of The Week
   Apr 12 2013, 2:23PM
Mortgage rates  finally extended yesterday's move lower, falling at an even quicker pace today.  Weaker Retail Sales data contributed to a morning rally that was already underway in European trading overnight.  Mortgage Lenders adjusted rate sheets lower to a greater extent than we typically see after such market movements, easily putting 3.5% back in force as the best execution (what is this?) for 30yr Fixed loans.  For many lenders, this means the best rate sheet offerings of the week, though some are not quite back to Monday's levels.  Friday's lows remain elusive, but then again, so do the trading levels that spawned them.
BARN DIVA!  Wonderful menu, decor and service.
We had a terribly romantic perfect anniversary date there and I forgot to make
sure I told you about it. They have wonderful wine pairing plates for couples
and groups, hors d'oeuvres
just are mouthwatering and fabulous art to fill all your senses. The servers
are experts and clever in their suggestions while always being mindful and kind
throughout the dining and experimenting process. Sharing our ignorance,
we didn't know what some items on the menu were- different types of cheeses and
wines and gourmet dishes.
Truly one of our best evenings yet! Thank you Barn Diva. In fact
writing about it makes me want to make a new reservation. The quaint town
of Healdsburg is such a great "date" atmosphere..
