"MOTB" Marketing Outside The Box!

I will be starting a monthly marketing meeting for exchanging property.  This is for agents who have clients that are moving "up" or "down", relocating, and/or investing. This meeting will mostly consist of Residential Property.  The first monthly meeting will be on November 12th, 2009.  I will hold two classes prior to the meeting for those agents that are unfamiliar with this type of forum.

Most of you know that as President, Vice President, Past President and Director of the Sacramento Real Estate Exchange Group numerous times, I ran this Northern California meeting for eight years.  I am bringing this experience to our new Monthly Meetings.
