    Noticing an increase for searches....
Better to buy than renting comparisons. It is better to buy than to rent, you can save thousands in a year depending on the area. Check with a professional to get all the details.
I like short and to the point for this blog.

  • Do You Need an Agent?

You searched for homes online through public listing services.
You're on a home tour of your own
You spot the sign and call the agent right away....what happens next?
Just worked with a client who did just that, and found herself on a hot air balloon ride for 7 months!! When they finally went into escrow and had an appraisal, the property value came in below the offering price. What to do, what to do.... well her agent told her to come up with more money! What!!!!!!! The seller should reduce to the appraised value not the other way around!!!

Still think you dont need a buyer agent? Then don't call me.

Theclient I referred to came to me for advice beacuse a friend told her to call me for advise. We just closed escrow and she save so much money! To put it simply, she offered 30K below asking price for an "as is" property...what she got as well was almost 10K for closing cost and reparis for over 2,500 done from seller.  She is now a very happy homeowner!! btw, I had her in escrow a week after we met.

Thank you for reading my blog :)
