Experienced Short Sale Approval Specialist

Mortgage Assistance Services is a full service company that provides premier short sale services to the real estate agents and brokers through out the US.   Our company has an exceptional success rate of 96% of all short sales approved and closed within a sixty day time frame. This is due to our experience, attention to detail and being sensitive to responding to all parties involved in a timely manner.

We work directly with all parties involved in the real estate transaction.   From the sellers, bank, and closing attorney’s-to insure proper funding to all involved. NO FEE TO THE REAL ESTATE AGENT, they receive full commission...bank pays us!

Our company takes pride in the consistent communication we provide to all our agents and brokers to ensure were all on the same page.  We are constantly monitoring the progress of the listings, establishing contact with the lender(s), noting status of the mortgages as well as foreclosure and sale dates.  In addition all lender specific requirements, guidelines are confirmed and real estate taxes, water/sewer charges are documented along with any extenuating circumstances.

Once an Offer is received, this is how MAS begins the process:

  •  A full package, fully documented according to lenders requirements, is submitted.
  • Confirmation of receipt of package and submission to appropriate department and/or negotiator is closely monitored.
  • BPO order is coordinated between BPO and RE agent by allowing communication with the appraiser.
  • Communication with specific negotiator is initiated, obtaining turn around times and internal deadlines strictly adhered to.
  • Actively address approvals, counter offers and/or declines within 24 hours of lenders determinations with strong follow through with RE agent.
