Trousdale area is a northern area of Doheny around Greyston mansion.  Originally the largest estate in Beverly Hills, the 425-acre tract was home to Greystone mansion, which was custom-built for Edward Doheny Jr. in 1928 with 55 rooms. Greystone also included a private bowling alley. In 1954, 410 acres of the estate were sold to developer Paul Trousdale, who began building single-family homes on generous-sized lots with high price tags. 

The activity for Beverly Hills Trousdale  homes are relatively high compared to rest of Beverly Hills real estate market.  Out of 74 active listings, there are about 11 Trousdale Beverly Hills homes on the market.  That’s about 15% of the available Beverly Hills homes.  Out of 23 Beverly Hills homes in escrow, nothing is in Trousdale  at this time.
