Beverly Hills Real Estate – Market Update for Beverly Hills Homes for Nov 21 to Nov 27 2011

Curious about Beverly Hills real estate market and Beverly Hills homes for sale.  Our goal is to bring you market updates and information about real estate activities in Beverly Hills and Beverly Hills Post Office market. 

As of today, there are currently 86 available homes in Beverly Hills and  34 pending transactions in escrow.   Inventory of homes in the market have been down this past week.  Most of the time, number of available Beverly Hills homes for sale have been in triple digits.  This past week, we had 2 new listing for Beverly Hills homes that came to market and 2 Beverly Hills homes were sold.

For Beverly Hills Post Office homes, there are 135 available single family homes for sale and 29 homes are in escrow at this time.  Last week, we had 4 new listings for Beverly Hills Post Office homes which was 1 home less than previous week.   This past week,  three homes were sold in Beverly Hills Post Office area.
